God in Heaven, I come to You on behalf of someone I love who suffers from demonic oppression and is struggling with even coming to you. Please deliver them by Your mighty hand. Your Word reminds me that we can overcome because You are greater than he who is in the world.1 I pray that scripture over my loved one, that as they submit fully to You, resisting the devil will flee from them.2
Thank You for the authority You have given me through Christ. As Jesus cast out unclean spirits and healed the oppressed,3 I believe You can deliver them from every dark force. Remind me, likewise, to stay watchful, knowing the enemy prowls like a lion, seeking to devour.4 Strengthen my heart and mind so I may stand firm against his evil schemes.
You, Lord, have given Your followers authority over unclean spirits and promised that even the demons are subject to us in Your name.5 I take hold of this promise and rebuke any spirit that is not of You. Just as Jesus healed those suffering from oppression,6 I trust You to free me and restore my peace. Father, help me put on the whole armor of God so I may stand against the forces of darkness.7 My struggle is not merely against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of evil.8 Surround me with Your Holy Spirit and protect me from the enemy’s lies. You have assured me that anyone born of God is protected and that the evil one cannot touch him.9
Thank You, Lord, for Your steadfast love and for being my stronghold in times of trouble. I believe that You, the God of peace, will soon crush Satan under my feet.10 Guide me to live with confidence in Your power, trusting that You are with me every step of the way, in Jesus’ name.
