Lord, I come to You, seeking a deeper relationship. John 14:6 states that “You are the way, the truth, and the life, and that no one can come to the Father except through You.1” Therefore, it’s logical to want more of You because in You I find all I need for life and godliness.2 Jesus, I hear Your gentle knock at the door of my heart. I desire to open that door and invite You in to dwell with me.3 I long to abide in You, knowing that without You, I can do nothing.4 Help me to stay connected to You, the true vine, so that I may bear much fruit in my life.
I confess with my mouth that You are Lord and believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead. I embrace the promise of salvation, understanding that You love me so deeply that You sacrificed Your life for me.5 It’s why I want to know You more intimately.
Help me to seek first Your kingdom and righteousness,6 trusting that as I prioritize my relationship with You, all aspects of my life will fall into place.
I crave to know You, Lord, and to share in the power of Your resurrection, becoming like You in Your death.7 Strengthen my faith so that I may experience the fullness of Your love, which surpasses all knowledge.8
In the face of life’s challenges, I hold onto the truth that nothing can separate me from Your love.9 I have been made new in You, and I cherish my identity as Your beloved child.10 May I walk daily in that truth and share Your love with others, reflecting Your light in a world that often feels dark.
Thank You, Lord, for loving me and for giving me the right to become a child of God. I trust in You to strengthen me in all things, enabling me to grow in faith as I walk this journey with Jesus. In His name, I pray. Amen.
