Heavenly Father, I know I ask You for help all the time, but right now I want to bring my heart full of gratitude. Your faithfulness paints a clear picture that You really won’t leave me or forsake me. Like King David, I consider all the mighty deeds You have done and the wonders of old, and I meditate on Your goodness and mighty works in my life.1As I look back, I can see Your hand guiding me, even in the wilderness seasons, testing my heart and leading me to greater dependence on You.2
Like Mary, I treasure these moments in my heart, pondering all the ways You have been with me.3 I thank You for the seasons of my life—each with a purpose and a time under heaven.4 You remind me to remember the former things, for You alone are God, and there is none like You.5 Your miraculous works have left their mark on my heart, like memorial stones of faith.6
Lord, I think of the days of old and ponder the work of Your hands, drawing strength from the memories of Your faithfulness.7 Just as Paul gave thanks in remembrance of his companions, I thank You for the people and moments that have shaped my journey.8 I recall the wondrous works You have done and the covenant You have made with me and all creation.9
You are my rock and salvation, the fortress I stand on, and I find hope in Your steadfast love.10 May I continue to treasure the memory of Your righteousness, for it is truly a blessing,11 in Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
