Jesus, I’m often struck by how You stuck to the plan, even though You knew what was coming. You had a vision that reached beyond the cross. Even though You are the Alpha and the Omega, unchanging through all time’, it still took grit and courage. You have called me to be strong and courageous, so I trust in Your constant presence by my side, guiding and protecting me.1
In times of weariness, I find strength in Your promise that I will reap in due season if I do not give up.2 Help me remain steadfast in faith, sowing seeds of love and kindness, trusting in Your perfect plan for my life.3
When I face weakness, I remember Paul’s words of contentment in all circumstances.4 I ask for that same trust, knowing I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.5 I rely on Your provision and timing, whether in abundance or need.6
Your Word teaches me to rejoice in hope, be patient in trials, and remain constant in prayer.7 May I always seek Your presence, finding joy in Your promises.8 Your love surpasses all understanding.9 Teach me to forgive as You have forgiven me10 and let go of bitterness or anger.11 Help me to serve others with a sincere heart.12 You have called me to be a light in the world.13 May my life shine with Your love, drawing others to You.14 Lead me like a shepherd leading His flock, comforting and restoring my soul16.
Thank You for the hope that anchors my soul, a hope that never disappoints because of Your love poured into my heart. I trust that You, who began a good work in me, will bring it to completion. I give You my burdens, trusting in Your promise of rest, in Jesus name, Amen.
