Heavenly Father, as much as I want to be in the middle of Your will, I’m certain that I so often miss the mark. I know You have a plan to prosper me and give me hope.1 Yet, despite this, I often worry that I’m failing to live out the script You’ve written for me.
Your Word reassures me that for those who love You, all things work together for good.2 I want to trust this promise but doubt sometimes overwhelms me. Help me rest in the assurance that You are in control, weaving the threads of my life together for Your glory and my good. Teach me to love You with all my heart, soul, and mind, as I walk the path You have laid out for me.
I find comfort knowing that You, who began a good work in me, will be faithful to complete it.3 Yet, fear whispers that I might fall short. Remind me that it’s not by my strength but by Your grace and guidance that I accomplish Your will. You created me as Your workmanship, crafted in Christ Jesus for good works prepared for me.4 Help me step into these works with confidence, trusting in Your guidance. Your Word reassures me that You will fulfill Your purpose for me.5 I hold onto this promise, even as fear tries to convince me otherwise. Strengthen me and help me remember that You are always with me, upholding me with Your righteous right hand.6
You have given me a spirit not of fear, but of power, love, and selfcontrol.7 Help me walk in this truth, seeking Your kingdom first, knowing everything else will follow.8 Teach me to trust in You with all my heart and acknowledge You in all my ways.9 Renew my mind daily, transforming me to discern Your will—what is good, acceptable, and perfect.10 I trust that You are leading me toward the fulfillment of Your purpose.
