My Gracious Father God, I’m here before You again as I continue to battle sickness. And again, I seek Your healing and comfort. Your Word teaches that the thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but You came so that I may have life and have it abundantly.1 I claim this promise of abundant life as I face my health challenges and will continue to do so!
Thank You for being my healer, as You promised in Exodus: if I diligently listen to Your voice and keep Your commandments, You will take sickness away from me.2 I trust in Your healing power and ask for Your strength during this difficult time. Help me remain attentive to Your words of faith and guidance, that I may walk in the path of healing. In my moments of despair, I hold onto Your assurance that all things work together for good for those who love You.3 Even in this struggle, help me to see Your hand at work in my life. I reject the spirit of fear and embrace the spirit of adoption that You have given me.4 As Your child, I come boldly to You in prayer, believing that whatever I ask in faith will be granted.5
I also remember that Jesus went throughout the cities and villages, healing every disease and affliction.6 I ask for that same healing touch in my life. I know that all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to You, and I trust that You have the power to cast out sickness and restore my health.7 Lord, help me to not lose heart. Your Word reminds me to fear not, for You are with me, and You will uphold me with Your righteous right hand.8 In this time of need, I draw strength from Your promise of support.
Lastly, I thank You for binding up my broken heart and healing the wounds I bear.9 Fill me with hope and strength as I wait for Your healing. Let me be a testimony of Your grace through this journey, in Your precious name.
